方法 1 :
使用拖曳(drag and drop)的方式複製
VM -> setting.. -> Options -> Guest isolation -> 取消 "Disable drag and drop to and from this virtual machine" 選項
方法 2 :
使用 diskmount 公用程式，將 VMWare 的虛擬磁碟機，掛載到 Windows Host 下當成一般磁碟機使用。
使用掛載方式時，被掛載虛擬磁碟機，不能是 VMWare 正在使用中的。
